Key Responsibilities:

​

• Creating accurate detailed and layout drawings for roofing, cladding and rainscreen systems

• Producing material schedules

• Working on projects from the design stage through to construction, working in close partnership with architects and contractors.

Skills:

​

• Proven AutoCAD experience

• Building Envelope design skills (Roofing/Cladding/Rainscreen)

• Revit experience would be an advantage

• BIM / ISO19650 knowledge would be an advantage

• COBie Data Management knowledge would be an advantage

• Currently working in the construction industry

• Solidworks experience advantageous

• Good English language skills
