Design
AbiCAD offers gutter design & rainwater calculations to BSEN12056-3:2000. The type of evaluation is tailored to a client's needs, from a simple check on capacity to a complete design service.
3D
AbiCAD utilise SolidWorks Sheet Metal package for producing manufacturing drawings through a series of steps that help design, simulate and produce sheet metal parts efficiently.
Out skilled SolidWorks engineers create component assemblies, ensuring that parts can be manufactured correctly and cost-effectively.
We generate detailed 2D manufacturing drawings from 3D models. These drawings include all necessary views, dimensions and annotations required for manufacturing. We also offer a service that allows components to be exported in formats that can be used in production software.
Thermal Calculations
Our trained individuals can provide U value calculations to assess the heat transfer through bespoke cladding & roofing solutions.
Site Surveying
Whatever your requirements may be, whether for new builds or refurbishment of existing buildings, AbiCAD can visit site and undertake surveying. We can assist directly with linear surveys for cladding replacement, or if more detailed level surveys are required, we can utilise subcontract surveyors. We can also assist with fire remedial project surveys, reviewing existing problems and assisting with remedial proposals.
