This privacy policy applies to all information collected via our website, Facebook or other social media apps and /or any related services or marketing events.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.    

6. LINKS TO WEBSITES NOT CONTROLLED BY ABICAD LTD

This site may offer links to third party Websites that may be of interest to you. We do not exercise any control over the content of third-party websites or the practices of these third parties in connection with the protection of Personal Data that they might collect and are therefore not in the control of Abicad Ltd. As such we shall not be liable for the content of third-party websites or the practices of these third parties concerning the protection of Personal Data.

Please also be aware that we cannot guarantee the internet itself is 100% secure. Although we will endeavour to always protect your personal information, the transfer of personal information to and from our Services and Apps is at your own risk. 7. RIGHTS OF ACCESS TO AND RECTIFICATION OF THE DATA AND OTHER RIGHTS

Although we have put in place reasonable safeguards to protect personal data, we recognize that there is no method of transmitting or storing Personal Data that is completely secure
